This is no ordinary Bootcamp…
Our new weekday Bootcamp sessions are for the early risers and for those that like to get a workout in before work. These sessions are open to everyone so you don’t need to of done our Foundation Course, in actual fact these sessions are open to everyone regardless of experience or fitness level.
These sessions are aimed to build a good level of strength and fitness while being fun and engaging.
This is no ordinary Bootcamp, although the basics will resemble a standard Bootcamp on these sessions you will be getting Coached through the workouts to make your movements safe, efficient and to maximise your progress. We will also be using Benchmark workouts so you can keep track and measure your fitness and progress.
The workouts will be fast paced while everyone will still be working at their level.
The sessions will be:
Mondays at 6-7am
Thursdays at 6-7am
(If these prove popular then we will look at adding more sessions)
