CrossFit Braintree



New Foundation/Beginners Course starting on Tuesday the 29th of June or Wednesday the 30th.   Come down and start training with us at CrossFit Braintree.


We are now taking bookings for our next Foundation Course starting on Tuesday the 29th of June or Wednesday the 30th. The course is designed to give you an understanding of CrossFit, the workouts and methods. Each workout you will learn how to correctly perform one or two of our main fundamental movements plus some of our accessory movements while getting a great and challenging workout.

CrossFit is suitable for all levels of fitness, all ages and abilities. We have members from 18 years old to 60+. Everyone works out at their own level while getting encouraged by a great community.

The Evening Course is on:

Tuesday’s: @ 8.30pm – 9.30pm


Friday’s @ 7.30pm – 8.30pm

The Daytime Course is on:

Wednesdays and Fridays @ 12-1pm

The course lasts 4 weeks, 8 sessions and the whole course is only £55.

This could be the best thing you may ever do for yourself and those around you.

We know that everyone’s needs differ by degree not kind, we all use the same movement patterns in life. So whether youʼre a 23 year old footballer or a 75 year old grandfather you will be treated the same, as an athlete.

Everyone does the same workout regardless of age, size or fitness level. We manage this by scaling workouts to each individual’s ability and fitness level. We pride ourselves on having a very friendly and motivational Box (CrossFit term for “gym”) where everyone encourages everyone else. So be prepared to work hard and make great friends.

At CrossFit Braintree we train you in the movements we use, and give you ongoing coaching every session. Our classes are fun and exciting with a friendly, competitive atmosphere. CrossFit has found that adding a competitive edge to exercise pushes people beyond the limits set by themselves. We are not an aerobics class, bootcamp or a normal gym, We are real fitness!
Everyone’s workout is recorded and measured to track each individual’s progress. You “will” progress in the 10 recognized key fitness areas:

  • Cardiovascular and Respiratory

  • Endurance

  • Stamina

  • Strength

  • Flexibility

  • Power

  • Speed

  • Co-ordination

  • Agility

  • Balance

  • Accuracy

This is the fitness movement that is fast becoming “the” fitness movement of all time.
