What to expect..
Every workout can be adjusted to suit each individual’s fitness level and ability. Anyone can take part in a CrossFit class from a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, the workouts are different every day. Our workouts include essential and non-essential functional movements, which means we workout to stay fit and healthy for life. We all want a long life, we work on being fit for that life, well into our 90’s.
All of our CrossFit Classes are led by a CrossFit Coach. The Coach is there to help you progress on each session and guide you through the 60 min session.
The basic structure of a class is a Coach led warm, technical and movement coaching then a workout. Each workout is adjusted to each individual.
We want the 60 minutes you are with us to be the best hour of your day!
What our Coaches do:
All our Coaches are CrossFit Coaches and fitness professionals.
They work hard on the their craft so you get the best experience at CrossFit Braintree.
They are there to coach you through every session, ensuring you get the most out of that session and progress through your CrossFit journey
They will help you with technique, form, weight and pace.
CrossFit Coaches classes are not your basic fitness class you would find at other gyms (including, functional fitness gyms). If it is not a CrossFit class in a CrossFit gym then it’s something less effective.
