Gav opened CrossFit Braintree in 2013.

“I was an electrician for over 20 years, but always knew it was something I never really wanted to do. In 2011 I decided to become a Personal Trainer then stumbled across CrossFit. I instantly fell in love with the CrossFit workouts and knew that’s where I saw my future”.

“Helping people grow through health and fitness is one of the most rewarding things you can do. Owning and running CrossFit Braintree is one of the proudest things I have done in my life, only 2nd to my 2 beautiful girls”.

Coach Chloe

Chloe joined CrossFit Braintree as a member and working as a Personal Trainer in a nearby gym. Chloe quickly took to the CrossFit style workouts and soon became a CrossFit Coach.

“Being involved in competitive sport most of my life I knew that I wanted to make a career out of Coaching and helping people. I started as a swim Coach, then a PT and now CrossFit is where my passion lies, both Coaching and competing”.

“My favourite thing about CrossFit is how varied it is, so you never get bored but also that fact that even with all the different movements, everyone can do CrossFit”.

Lily has been with us since she joined as a teen. We knew early on the Lily had all the attributes to make a great Coach and as soon as she turned 18 she passed her CrossFit Level 1. Lily continues to grow and develop her skills, both coaching and her personal CrossFit training.

“I’m a passionate CrossFit coach with three years of coaching experience and six years immersed in the world of CrossFit. At just 21 years old, I’m dedicated to helping people of all fitness levels discover their strengths, improve their performance, and achieve their goals”.

“My journey began six years ago when I fell in love with the challenges and community of CrossFit. Since then, I’ve used my skills and knowledge to help others on their fitness journey. Coach Jenni

Jenni joined us as a CrossFitter when she moved back to the area. Jenni was already a member and Coach at another CrossFit gym and it was huge bonus for all at CrossFit Braintree when Jenni joined our Coaching team.

“I started horse riding at the age of 3 and that started my love of being outdoors and active. I first started my journey into Coaching when I became a horse riding instructor back in 2010. I love challenging myself and the thought of being a Personal Trainer as a career really appealed to me”.

Robyn

Robyn works on the admin side of the business making sure everything is running smoothly. Robyn is also a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and is more than capable of covering classes when needed.

“I was never a gym person, I tried but never really enjoyed the atmosphere in normal gyms. CrossFit is different, you socialise and have fun while working out. Training just to be skinning doesn’t compare to training to see what your body is truly capable of”.
