Foundation/Beginners Course

This is a 2 week, 4 session course teaching you our main fundamental movements while giving you a greater understanding of CrossFit. The course is run on Tuesday 8.30-9.30pm and Friday 7.30-8.30pm. Suitable for all levels and abilities. After the course you get 2 weeks on our Silver Membership that allows you 3 sessions per week.

Private Foundation Course
This course includes 2 x Personal Training Sessions with one of our Coaches (£80 value), plus 1 month’s Silver Membership (£55 value). The Personal Training Sessions can be done at a convenient time for you, subject to our Coaches availability. Once these 2 sessions are completed you will be signed up to our Silver membership for 1 month. This will allow you to attend 3 CrossFit Sessions each week. The cost of this for 1 person is £140 and £220 for 2 people.

Silver Membership
This membership allows to you attend 3 of our regular CrossFit classes per week and 1 Open Gym session a day on days you do not do a regular CrossFit class.

Personal CrossFit Training
This is for people who are new to CrossFit and would like to get their confidence up before taking part in the regular classes or for those who would like that extra bit of coaching to push to the next level. This can be done on a 1 to 1 basis and up to 1 to 4 basis at the same price:

Personal Training
Personal training is available, so if you would prefer one on one or one on two personal training then one of our qualified Personal Trainers can work with you.
You may have a goal you would like to achieve and believe a personal trainer would be beneficial to you, or you might be self-conscious about exercise. Our personal trainers can help you reach your goals.
Our PT’s can work with you on weight loss to Olympic Weightlifting, from body muscle to working on your flexibility. Whatever your goals our we can design a program to suit.
Remote programs are also available.
