Legends Classes

Welcome to the “Legends” Class

To stay young we need to keep moving.

CrossFit Braintree’s Legends classes are designed to teach everyone how to properly move using essential functional movements, these are movements that everyone needs and everyone carries out in their daily lives. Like Squats, Deadlifts, lifting overhead and many more.

 

Some of these movements may seem daunting to some, seeing someone do a heavy Back Squat or lifting a great deal of weight over their head can look scary but that is not what we are after in the Legends classes. Yes we want to get you to Back Squat and yes we want to get you to do other movements in the gym, using weights that will be challenging but the best way forward is small steps.

During these classes we will also work on mobility and flexibility. With improvement in both of these added to an increase in strength (you are never too old to get stronger) then life becomes so much easier and so much more fun. The workouts will have a direct impact on your quality of life.

With all this being said, everyone will be under guidance by one of our qualified CrossFit Coaches and all of our Coaches are also qualified Personal Trainers. The Coaches will work with you as a group and as an individual, making sure you are working at your pace and ability.

We are not looking for perfection, we are here to help everyone achieve a degree of progression.

On top of all of this, the sessions will be welcoming, friendly, encouraging and fun. And after you can relax and enjoy a beautiful coffee in our fantastic reception area.

Our Classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 12-1pm. We have kept our membership price as low as possible at £50 a month. This is less than £4.20 a class. Your first session is free so please get in touch with us to arrange your first session.
